Hello Everyone, I know it's been awhile since I sent out the last newsletter. I have been busy with our seasonal company and with gardening. I haven't had the time to design any more patterns. I usually do most of that during the winter months. However I have been crocheting whenever possible. I want to make some more of my Knitted Slip Stitch Slippers for gifts, too. http://crochetandknitting.com/ssknit.htm They are fast and easy. Even though we are in the middle of summer, many people are also working on gifts for the holiday season. If you are looking for ideas, stop by my site and check out my free patterns. http://crochetandknitting.com I recently made this afghan for my mother, "Rectangular Granny Square Afghan". The site has step-by-step photos to show you how it's done. You can easily learn to do it from the photos without even reading the instructions. The designer did a great job on it! My afghan came out beautifully and my Mom just loved it. She put it on her rocking chair. On my forum at http://pub44.bravenet.com/forum/3703436600 Dar asks if anyone has made the "Snowdrop Table Runner on the Coats and Clark free pattern website. I haven't, but thought I would take a look. I didn't know Coats and Clark had free patterns, so that's another link I have added to my bookmarks. http://www.coatsandclark.com/Crafts/FreeProjects/Free+Projects+Home.htm The table runner Dar is wondering about is beautiful, but I don't have time to do it right now. Dar is having a problem with round 4 and was wondering if anyone could help her with it. So if anyone has done it and can help, please stop by the forum. That is all for today. Thank you for reading! Sincerely,
